Sales & Service Lead - Streets of Southpoint

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by coaching the team on guest connection and technical product education. Build daily customer relationships, analyze performance reports to deliver results, and ensure strong sales floor coverage through selling initiatives. Partner with Operations and Visual Leads to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities, while directly overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
