Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and provide technical leadership for mid- to large-size bridge projects
  • •Lead design efforts for complex bridge projects (including rail and metro) and ensure timely delivery
  • •Manage technical client relationships and drive business development efforts
  • •Lead discipline department initiatives to grow technical expertise and capabilities
  • •Provide estimates for engineering budgets and schedules to meet project requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •California state PE license or ability to attain reciprocity in possessing another U.S. state PE license within one year of employment
  • •12+ years' experience in bridge design and project deliveries
  • •Extensive project design experience with complex bridge project work in CA along with related structures project detail deliveries
  • •Proficiency in software such as MicroStation, LEAP Concrete/Bridge, MathCAD, and MDX
