Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain farms shower facilities and main employee center breakrooms in a sanitary and orderly condition.
  • •Launder towels and clothing to maintain an adequate daily supply.
  • •Clean and maintain employee center areas (floors, walls, windows, dusting/cleaning desks and shelves), order supplies, maintain inventory, and help with the storage building.
  • •Maintain clean/dirty shower room areas, including filling nail brushes, shampoo, soap, and cleaning showers and shower curtains.
  • •Perform other assigned duties such as housekeeping standards and sanitation of storage areas, breakrooms, boot rooms, equipment, vehicles, and incinerators.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months (18 months if laid off or providing child/elder care).
  • •Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months.
  • •Must be willing to sign agreements to avoid avian species and abide by Company Biosecurity and Animal Welfare Guidelines.
  • •Must be willing and able to perform physical requirements, including lifting and pushing/pulling laundry carts up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 125 lbs occasionally.
  • •Rehire criteria: minimum waiting period of 180 days and rehire rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
