Key Responsibilities

  • •Determine and implement manufacturing processes to improve plant productivity.
  • •Document and map production processes across areas and align them to established procedures.
  • •Analyze process performance to identify improvement opportunities in time, cost, and quality.
  • •Coordinate new project follow-ups with different areas to ensure correct execution on time.
  • •Maintain Oracle material lists, update work instructions/specifications/visual aids, and support operations with process tools and equipment; manage product/process deviations and audit standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s-level electronic or mechanical engineer (titled) and 3+ years of experience in manufacturing processes and engineering.
  • •Experience documenting and mapping production processes and creating/using flow diagrams, procedures, work instructions, and operating formats.
  • •Knowledge of electrical testing equipment used for the final product.
  • •Lean manufacturing and process engineering knowledge, including standardization of processes and time studies.
  • •Ability to manage materials in Oracle and handle product and process deviations for analysis and approval.
