Job Function: Program & Project Management (PMO)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and own end-to-end project management for new data center deployments, from initial planning through final operational handover.
•Oversee site readiness, coordinating all tasks to ensure facilities are primed for equipment installation and immediate operation.
•Manage cross-functional relationships with the Digital Infrastructure Group (DIG) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to align goals and resolve dependencies.
•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Gantt charts and other tools to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
•Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, developing mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and project progression.
