Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the design, scheduling, and logistics of sales training programs by sales persona with sales enablement and HR.
  • •Track participation, completion, and training effectiveness; maintain records and reporting to measure business impact.
  • •Support the North America Sales Trainee Program, including onboarding, rotational assignments, milestone tracking, and participant experience.
  • •Develop dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics for global talent management processes such as performance reviews, salary planning, talent reviews, organizational reviews, and promotions.
  • •Analyze workforce trends and provide insights for workforce planning and organizational growth; maintain a library of commercial role profiles and fulfill reporting requests.
