Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and engineering team, developing the technical path to success and validating projected outcomes.
  • •Work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent customer needs in product development.
  • •Work with engineers to build and/or pivot solutions to meet client needs, coordinating engagement across internal teams (engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations).
  • •Develop, coordinate, and communicate the plan to success with internal and external partners, including sprint plans, execution plans, and milestones.
  • •Own customer success and growth by meeting commercial targets, establishing trust-based partnerships, and articulating how Anduril’s value proposition impacts customer problem sets.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs supporting advanced C2 capabilities in any domain.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing software products with direct end-user engagement over a prolonged, iterative development cycle.
  • •B.S. (minimum) in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •8+ years relevant industry experience.
  • •Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems.
