Job Summary

Lead strategic procurement for engineering, vehicle testing, R&D, and program management services, driving cost-effective sourcing decisions across engineering-related products, services, and software tools. •Develop and execute category strategies for engineering, vehicle testing, prototype, vehicle safety performance, and related products, services, and software tools.
•Create cost-optimized sourcing strategies with engineering stakeholders and deliver data-driven recommendations for design, manufacturing, and procurement decisions.
•Identify, qualify, and manage supplier and vendor relationships; negotiate long-term contracts, agreements, and pricing terms.
•Monitor and resolve supplier performance issues across quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost targets; ensure alignment with company objectives.
•Lead procurement transformation projects using technology to improve processes and drive organizational efficiency, including sustainability initiatives and change management.

•Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba) and advanced Excel skills.
