Own end-to-end delivery for LumApps’ AI Agents Platform backend, building the systems that power conversational agents, RAG/knowledge retrieval, agent orchestration, and real-time streaming. Partner closely with product, design, and AI researchers from database schema through production deployment, while ensuring quality, security, and observability. Use Python and modern backend tooling to ship reliably, mentor engineers, and continuously raise testing and engineering standards.
