Data Analyst (Trust and Safety Risk Team)

Develop and lead initiatives to prevent trust and safety issues before they occur by analyzing large-scale user data and performing investigations into scaled abuse. Create data-driven policies and operational processes, balance multiple projects, and communicate findings through visualizations and stakeholder updates. Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Legal, and Product teams to ensure trust and safety goals are incorporated into platform and product changes.
