Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • •Serve as primary client contact throughout project development.
  • •Oversee the preparation and review of design documentation and construction drawings.
  • •Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program with 6+ years of professional experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education.
  • •Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program (preferred).
  • •Licensed Architect in California (preferred).
  • •Experience in architectural project management, including California market experience.
  • •Proficiency in design and project management software (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project).
