Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage architectural projects through all phases of design and construction.
•Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
•Serve as primary client contact throughout project development.
•Oversee the preparation and review of design documentation and construction drawings.
•Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with client expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program with 6+ years of professional experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education.
•Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program (preferred).
•Licensed Architect in California (preferred).
•Experience in architectural project management, including California market experience.
•Proficiency in design and project management software (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project).
