•Identify how new RF spectrum acquisitions may require navigation of interference environments and regulatory constraints
•Build-out actionable plans with SpaceX engineers to model spectrum sharing, then test and validate proposals
•Evaluate FCC and ITU regulations to determine if updates or modernization are required
•Participate in ITU Working Group discussions to advocate for optimized rules at domestic and international levels
•Engage with Federal agencies and build relationships to foster collaboration and project success

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually
