Job Summary

Senior Salesforce Administrator for Experience Cloud responsible for configuring, optimizing, and governing scalable Experience Cloud portals. Collaborates with product, stakeholders, developers, QA, and DevOps in an Agile environment to deliver secure, high-performing portals for customer, partner, and external user engagement. Focused on declarative configuration, data visibility, security, and continuous improvement of the Experience Cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into Experience Cloud configurations.
•Configure, enhance, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites using declarative tools (Experience Builder, Flows, validation rules, page layouts).
•Administer and optimize Experience Cloud features including customer/partner portals, authentication flows, and access models.
•Manage data visibility/sharing and external/internal user access, roles, and permissions.
•Collaborate with Service Cloud teams, integrations, and QA to support testing, deployment, and post-release validation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with strong hands-on administration experience in Experience Cloud.
•Deep functional knowledge of Experience Cloud including portals, user access models, sharing, and branding.
•Experience exposing Service Cloud features (Cases, Knowledge, self-service) through Experience Cloud.
•Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approvals).
