Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technology implementation on Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud engagements by providing objective technical guidance and recommendations.
  • •Design and develop customized front-end solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud, including Lightning components and custom pages.
  • •Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations, and configure complex data models and business process automation.
  • •Plan and execute discovery and solution design activities, collaborating on requirements, documentation, and data migration/integration strategies.
  • •Manage CI/CD end-to-end for enterprise CRM solutions and support practice growth through internal training, thought leadership, and sales scoping/estimation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience.
  • •6+ years designing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Service solutions, with an emphasis on Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • •Salesforce certification with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud capabilities and functionality.
  • •Experience designing Salesforce solutions for at least one industry: Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Hospitality & Gaming.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
