Job Summary

Develop and execute the retail network strategy for Pandora’s EE region by managing leasing activities across current and future store portfolios. Identify and secure optimal retail locations, negotiate leases and commercial terms with landlords, and maintain relationships with developers and partners. Prepare investment cases, conduct market analysis, support wholesale network development, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Retail Operations, and Store Design to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute Pandora’s retail network leasing strategy across the EE region.
•Manage leasing activities across Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia, including expansions and portfolio changes.
•Identify and secure retail locations, negotiating new leases, renewals, and commercial terms with landlords.
•Prepare investment cases and present business recommendations to senior stakeholders while conducting market analysis.
•Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Retail Operations, and Store Design, and support M&A activities and lease database maintenance.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or retail network development (Romanian and/or Hungarian market experience is an advantage).
•Strong experience in lease negotiations and contract management.
•Solid understanding of retail economics (ROI analysis, payback calculations, and store P&L).
•Knowledge of the retail real estate market across Central and Eastern Europe.
•Fluent English and Polish communication skills (B2/C1) and a Category B driving license with willingness to travel up to 50%.
