Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive daily operational logistics for the production kitchen and fulfillment center.
  • •Build and lead a strong team with a leadership pipeline; coach and develop talent across fulfillment functional areas.
  • •Ensure product quality and oversee continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • •Execute final Production Scheduling with managers and communicate company goals and priorities to the Production Center team.
  • •Serve as the liaison between site operations, kitchen, R&D, and other HQ functions to identify and align on key site priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience leading an industrial kitchen or production operations center, preferably in food service or food production.
  • •Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • •Familiarity with FSMA, HACCP, and SQF.
  • •APICS CPIM or CSCP certification (preferred).
  • •Deep knowledge of Lean and Agile Production.
