Senior Analyst, Partner Operations

Oversee wholesale partner operations for supported brands and markets, serving as an end-to-end operational account management expert for Supply Chain and Brand stakeholders. Monitor intake plans and orderbook conversion, provide customers with analytics for in-season demand, and reconcile phasing to support smooth order-to-cash execution. Manage onboarding for new customers, coordinate with commercial and DC stakeholders to resolve logistics issues, track KPIs, and drive continuous process improvement while ensuring SOX compliance.
