Key Responsibilities

  • •The purpose of this role is in ensuring that project managers are provided with appropriate levels of support to facilitate the timely execution of project services.
  • •The purpose of this position is to effectively and efficiently perform appropriate planning, data management to ensure quality and accuracy of data and reports
  • •Day to day involvement with projects from study setup, implementation to complete
  • •Actively seek learning opportunities, take every opportunity to develop self, through formal and informal training or learning
  • •Ensure projects are done within budgeted time and cost

Key Requirements

  • •University degree holder, fresh graduates are welcomed
  • •Ability to communicate and co-ordinate effectively between external suppliers (local and overseas suppliers) and different internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and high quality
  • •Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work
  • •A strong passion in learning, organized and detail oriented with logical mindset
  • •Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
