Key Responsibilities

•The purpose of this role is in ensuring that project managers are provided with appropriate levels of support to facilitate the timely execution of project services.
•The purpose of this position is to effectively and efficiently perform appropriate planning, data management to ensure quality and accuracy of data and reports
•Day to day involvement with projects from study setup, implementation to complete
•Actively seek learning opportunities, take every opportunity to develop self, through formal and informal training or learning
•Ensure projects are done within budgeted time and cost

Key Requirements

•University degree holder, fresh graduates are welcomed
•Ability to communicate and co-ordinate effectively between external suppliers (local and overseas suppliers) and different internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and high quality
•Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work
•A strong passion in learning, organized and detail oriented with logical mindset
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
