Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers and administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery and operational management of customer-facing enterprise IT services and ensure service levels meet KPIs.
  • •Provide technical leadership for IT services including VDI, desktop imaging, patching, SharePoint solutions, web services, Active Directory, and Exchange.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure to keep services operating as intended, including performance/problem/change/capacity monitoring and escalation handling.
  • •Maintain audit-ready information (access, general logs, application logs) and execute procedures and documents for operations and maintenance.

Key Requirements
