Provide networking managed services as an L1 engineer by monitoring client infrastructure, identifying and resolving incidents, and following approved procedures for request fulfilment. Key Responsibilities

•Provide networking managed services to keep clients’ IT infrastructure and systems operational by identifying, investigating, and resolving incidents and problems.
•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions and catch errors before or as soon as they occur.
•Investigate first-line incidents assigned, identify root causes, and follow approved procedures for request fulfilment.
•Execute maintenance activities (e.g., patching and configuration changes) and support smooth shift handovers for continuous service.
•Escalate and report incidents when necessary, update/create knowledge articles, and identify optimization/automation and process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•2–4 years’ work experience.
•At least 2 years administering and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices.
•Up-to-date ITIL certification (Foundation Level).
•CCNA; CCNP advantageous; Cisco IOS, wireless knowledge, SD-WAN (advantageous), and routing/LAN–WAN networking experience.
