Senior Project Manager (Macau)

Lead the execution of construction and workplace projects for mall A&A and tenancy work, ensuring quality, cost, safety, and schedule performance. Plan and implement projects, maintain a master programme in Microsoft Project, oversee tendering and contractor selection, and provide construction management oversight through defects rectification. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage project budgets, secure permits and licenses with Macau authorities, and ensure timely handover with minimal disruption to mall operations.
