Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, plan, and implement assigned mall A&A projects and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • •Establish, maintain, and update the master programme via Microsoft Project for key A&A and tenancy projects.
  • •Lead F&B project delivery, including fit-outs, equipment installation, and operational handover.
  • •Oversee tendering: collaborate on tender documents, evaluate bids, support contractor selection, and provide construction management oversight.
  • •Manage budgets, compliance and safety, coordinate permits/licenses with Macau authorities, and coordinate timely handover to mall management.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Building science, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience managing A&A, retail/F&B/mall projects in Macau.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Fluency in English; strong communication and leadership skills, with good knowledge of MS Office suite and MS Project.
