Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the comprehensive administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR at the Thomasville Sawmill.
  • •Partner with leadership to uphold safety standards and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • •Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes with Talent Acquisition, including applicant assessments and interviewing.
  • •Advise Plant Management on employee relations, maintain open communication, and resolve employee concerns.
  • •Ensure compliance with legal and governmental HR requirements, manage HR reporting protocols and employee records, and run orientation and management training initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in human resources management or equivalent management experience.
