•Manage the comprehensive administration, coordination, and evaluation of HR at the Thomasville Sawmill.

•Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes with Talent Acquisition, including applicant assessments and interviewing.
•Advise Plant Management on employee relations, maintain open communication, and resolve employee concerns.
•Ensure compliance with legal and governmental HR requirements, manage HR reporting protocols and employee records, and run orientation and management training initiatives.

•3-5 years of experience in human resources management or equivalent management experience.
•Solid understanding of employment law principles.
