Job Summary

As a CNC Machinist at Fiserv, you will machine replacement and new components for card/print production, set up and operate Haas and Fanuc CNC lathes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to improve reliability and quality. The role runs Monday-Thursday, 2:00 pm–12:30 am, with potential overtime to support operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Study blueprints and setup requirements to machine parts to specification
•Set up and operate CNC lathes, including Haas and Fanuc-controlled equipment, to support production and repair needs
•Identify required tooling, set gauges, and complete machine setup based on part requirements and tolerance specifications
•Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct mechanical equipment issues, and support repairs across production equipment and sub-assemblies
•Machine replacement parts, fabricate new components, and create fixtures used to manufacture parts and support equipment builds

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in CNC machining, including setup and operation of CNC lathes in a manufacturing or industrial environment
•3+ years of experience reading blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams and machining parts to defined tolerances
•3+ years of experience using precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and similar inspection equipment
•Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment issues and supporting preventive maintenance and repair activities in a production environment
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
