Key Responsibilities

•Manage supplier setups, prepare purchase requisitions, process supplier invoices, and collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
•Use a P‑Card to purchase supplies and equipment for project and site managers, followed by monthly reconciliation of all transactions.
•Assist team members with travel arrangements and prepare expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•Draft proposal letters and maintain proposal folders within SharePoint to support business development efforts.
•Create project Teams sites, maintain electronic filing systems, and ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•7+ years of administrative or related experience.
•Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
•Proven ability to work effectively in team environments while managing multiple priorities.
•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
