Lead strategic sourcing and complex project procurement execution across North America, partnering with Project Management and cross-functional stakeholders. Own procurement planning and bid development, support commercial evaluation and negotiations, and ensure purchases align with scope, schedule, quality, and total cost. Drive supplier qualification, performance management, and early risk escalation. Apply procurement standards, prepare procurement documentation, purchase orders, and amendments, and drive continuous improvement.
