Job Summary

Design, build, and refine services and platforms that enable ~9,000 engineers to develop with AI agents at scale. Engineer an agentic harness with CI/CD integrations, pipeline quality gates, orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations. Create and manage an agent lifecycle framework (versioning, testing, validation, compliance, deployment). Build reusable tooling and define standards for knowledge base content and accessibility, driving observability, reliability, and continuous improvement across the agentic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

•Engineer and operate an agentic harness with CI/CD integrations, pipeline quality gates, orchestration capabilities, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for end-to-end agent workflows.
•Develop and manage an agent lifecycle framework including agent versioning, testing, validation, compliance reviews, deployment processes, and release management within the enterprise agent registry.
•Build and maintain shared services, reusable frameworks, developer tooling, and cross-platform integrations to accelerate adoption and ensure consistency across teams.
•Define, implement, and maintain technical standards for knowledge base content, metadata, structure, and accessibility to support high-quality agentic inputs and workflows.
•Drive engineering best practices across the agentic ecosystem, including automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement of platform performance and developer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 231,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a software engineering role.
•Hands-on familiarity with modern software development practices including CI/CD, DevOps, and developer tooling, plus strong knowledge of the current AI/agentic development landscape.
•Ability to take ambiguous problems, structure them, and deliver concrete outputs such as analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
•Cross-functional experience working with engineering, product, security, and infrastructure stakeholders.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical complexity for technical and non-technical audiences.
