Key Responsibilities

  • •Engineer and operate an agentic harness with CI/CD integrations, pipeline quality gates, orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for end-to-end workflows.
  • •Develop and manage an agent lifecycle framework including agent versioning, testing, validation, compliance reviews, deployment processes, and release management within an enterprise agent registry.
  • •Build and maintain shared services, reusable frameworks, developer tooling, and cross-platform integrations to accelerate adoption and consistency across teams.
  • •Define and maintain technical standards for knowledge base content, metadata, structure, and accessibility for high-quality agentic inputs.
  • •Drive engineering best practices across the agentic ecosystem, including automation, testing, observability, reliability, and continuous improvement of platform performance and developer experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 231,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in a software engineering role.
  • •Deep hands-on familiarity with modern software development practices including CI/CD and DevOps, plus knowledge of the AI/agentic development landscape.
  • •Ability to take ambiguous problems, structure them, and deliver concrete outputs such as analyses, prototypes, specifications, or frameworks.
