Key Responsibilities

•Lead the technical design and engineering of civil site development projects in marine and port environments
•Oversee design and integration of marine structures (wharfs, docks, bulkheads), site infrastructure (grading, drainage, roadways, sidewalks), and industrial facilities (storage sites, loading docks, utility buildings, office buildings)
•Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and design staff
•Act as the Engineer of Record and ensure design compliance with applicable standards, codes, and permit requirements
•Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts including structural, geotechnical, environmental, and marine engineering teams

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) and 8 years of related civil engineering design experience, including civil site design, project engineering, construction phase support/oversight or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Professional Engineer (PE) license
•Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar
•Experience in grading, drainage, stormwater management, and site design principles
•Current holder of, or have no restrictions to obtain, Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
