Job Summary

Coordinate and support Prometric’s global exam delivery operations through cross-functional Operations Command Centers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. Monitor operational and technical escalations, identify root causes and trends, and mitigate risks to improve candidate and client experience. Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge resources, and support data-driven decisions using reporting and dashboards. Collaborate closely with Operations, Technology, Client Advocacy, and leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and execute cross-functional Operations Command Centers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER to support testing programs.
•Monitor operational and technical escalations that affect exam delivery and candidate experience, driving timely resolution and risk mitigation.
•Partner with internal teams to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for operational improvement.
•Translate business and operational requirements into actionable deliverables as a liaison and change agent.
•Develop and document SOPs, playbooks, knowledge base articles, and dashboards to support continuous improvement and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Fluent English (spoken and written), with strong written and verbal communication for reports and cross-functional collaboration.
•Ability to analyze operational and technical data to identify trends and make accurate decisions with strong attention to detail.
•Experience gathering operational requirements and understanding validation and best-practice frameworks.
•Comfort working with business and technology systems in a professional environment.
•2–5 years of experience in operations, business administration, technical support, analytics, or project-based environments.
