Lead Bay Area regional operations as an on-the-ground manager, driving market performance against KPIs and operating metrics. Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage a large and/or complex market or regional operations team to meet operating metrics and KPIs.
•Manage warehouse operations for operational excellence and compliance in collaboration with Facilities and Environment Health & Safety teams.
•Serve as the operational expert for the region by owning end-to-end improvements and advising cross-functional teams, including engaging city officials.
•Conduct regular analysis of regional trends and implement recommendations to grow and optimize performance.
•Define and implement regional operations strategy, including workforce planning, P&L management, RFP prep, competitor monitoring, and safety initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience in operations, consulting, engineering, or similar fields, with a demonstrated track record of operational excellence.
•Experience managing a P&L and using metrics/KPIs and their levers to drive results.
•3+ years of people management experience attracting, developing, and motivating warehouse staff.
•Advanced analytics skills, including Excel or Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a major plus.
•Fluent verbal and written English; comfortable working in a warehouse setting and operating effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
