Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, analyze, and report on AXP and Segment balance sheets to sustain enterprise-wide balance sheet health and financial integrity.
  • •Ensure timely research and clearance of balance sheet reconciling items and reconcile with accuracy.
  • •Improve control environment by enhancing internal controls, ensuring satisfactory audit experience, and monitoring compliance with management policies and SLAs.
  • •Comply with prevailing policies and procedures, including SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment, and support statutory/internal audits.
  • •Lead a team of accounting professionals, coaching them on tactical and strategic execution, and pursue continuous improvement through automation and redesign efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CPA with 10+ years of validated experience, or a postgraduate in Commerce with 8-10 years of experience, or a graduate with 10-15 years of experience.
  • •Understanding of financial statement and balance sheet reporting and analysis, including balance sheet reporting and analysis.
  • •Understanding of end-to-end AR/AP process flow, accounting, and reconciliation.
  • •Knowledge of accounting guidelines and reporting standards including US GAAP, Local GAAP, and IFRS.
  • •Excellent project management and communication skills, with ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
