Staff Security Engineer, Product Security and Architecture

Set the multi-quarter technical direction for cloud security across Compass International Holdings’ multi-cloud environment. Own cloud security architecture and strategy, drive safe-by-default infrastructure patterns and automated guardrails, and evolve scalable controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including identity, segmentation, workload, and container/Kubernetes security. Lead CNAPP tooling consolidation (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Lacework, Upwind), run high-severity incident response, mentor security engineers, and embed threat modeling and architectural security reviews across engineering orgs.
