Job Summary

Maintain, repair, align/calibrate, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment and instrumentation at terminal and station facilities. Work on pumps, motors, control valves, turbine and displacement meters, tank gauging, pressure/temperature instruments, and SCADA interfaces. Perform electrical maintenance, maintain DOT-required and CMV documentation, support preventive/predictive maintenance, and assist with training, vendor work, and regional projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate equipment including pumps and motors, control valves, turbine and positive displacement meters, tank gauging, and pressure/temperature instruments.
•Maintain and repair electrical equipment such as valve actuators, switchgear/substation equipment, motor control centers, controllers (including PLC-based), and SCADA transmission and fire control systems.
•Maintain required records including DOT documentation and accurate CMV logs, plus maintenance and repair records for area equipment.
•Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on terminal and mainline equipment, including lubrication schedules.
•Assist with training of other technicians and support regional/corporate projects, including vendor collaboration and preoperational testing, startup, and commissioning.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or technical school degree (or equivalent) preferred.
•Read and understand electrical schematics and ladder diagrams, mechanical drawings, aerial strip maps, and maintain as-built drawings.
•Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and calibrate mechanical/electrical equipment used in pipeline and terminal operations.
•Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass the Commercial Motor Vehicle physical; may require a TWIC card if applicable to the location.
