•Analyse and drive P&L and Balance sheet; support cross-functional topics with global finance units
•Provide financial controlling and regulatory reporting to internal and external stakeholders
•Contribute to business performance analysis and financial steering in a Nordic banking context
•Coordinate with local functions and regulators to translate needs into functional reporting requirements
•Build trust and communicate effectively with colleagues across the organization

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of relevant working experience in financial steering, P&L and balance sheet controlling
•Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
•Experience with IFRS and local regulatory reporting; ability to implement reporting changes
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to interact with global teams
•English fluency (spoken and written) is mandatory
