Job Summary

Partner with an Account Executive to deliver technical validation for IT and service management opportunities in mid-market accounts, from discovery through proof, demo, and close. Build expertise in service delivery workflows and map them to Asana Service Management. Translate customer pain points into solution designs and business value narratives, run discovery and tailored demos, and advise on solution architecture, integrations, and deployments while surfacing feedback to Product and GTM leaders.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with an incubation Account Executive to lead technical validation for IT and service team opportunities from discovery through proof, demo, and close.
•Develop deep understanding of IT and service management workflows and map them to Asana Service Management.
•Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs and business value narratives for IT leaders and stakeholders.
•Conduct technical discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations aligned to the customer’s current technology landscape.
•Advise on solution architecture, integrations, admin considerations, and deployment approach; surface feedback to Product and Sales leadership to inform roadmap and GTM strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 77,000 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
•Strong understanding of IT and service team personas, including service delivery workflows and the systems teams use.
•Strong discovery skills to uncover customer workflows, technical constraints, decision criteria, and success metrics.
•Proficiency in designing and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and whiteboard sessions for technical and executive audiences.
•Familiarity with service management methodologies such as ITIL, service catalog design, SLA frameworks, and incident/request workflows.
