Job Summary

Own developer-facing platform products that power TikTok’s API and AI-native advertising ecosystem. Drive the roadmap and partner discovery for capabilities spanning APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, MCP integrations, agentic workflows, documentation, and developer experience. Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the product roadmap across APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, MCP integrations, agentic workflows, documentation, and developer experience.
•Partner with engineering to design and ship scalable developer-facing products including auth flows, schemas/validation, sandbox environments, observability, and integration support infrastructure.
•Translate developer, partner, agency, advertiser, and AI agent ecosystem needs into product requirements and platform priorities.
•Evaluate how AI-native workflows, MCP/tool-calling standards, agent frameworks, and developer tooling trends influence API and platform strategy.
•Drive product discovery and define success metrics (adoption, integration quality, time to first successful call, developer satisfaction, API usage, error reduction, and partner business impact).

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management (or closely related) experience in developer platforms, API products, SaaS, advertising technology, AI products, or enterprise software.
•Experience owning technical products such as APIs, SDKs, developer tools, platform infrastructure, integrations, automation products, or workflow systems.
•Strong technical fluency with APIs, authentication, request/response structures, webhooks, integration patterns, developer workflows, and system interactions.
•Ability to translate ambiguous developer/partner/market needs into product strategy, requirements, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes.
•Strong analytical and business judgment using data, metrics, developer feedback, partner insights, and market signals to make product decisions.
