Job Summary

Drive asset reliability at a manufacturing plant by developing and optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Serve as the site reliability subject-matter expert, leading reliability improvement initiatives such as bad actor programs, RCA, and FMEAs to eliminate chronic failures. Use SAP CMMS to manage maintenance data, equipment files, BOMs, and reliability/inspection metrics, while partnering with production, maintenance, and storeroom teams to improve uptime, safety, and maintenance effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, optimize, and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and availability.
•Provide technical guidance and coaching to maintenance planners and technicians as the site reliability subject-matter expert.
•Lead reliability improvement initiatives, including bad actor programs, root cause analyses (RCA), and FMEAs.
•Use the CMMS (SAP) to manage maintenance data, equipment files, BOMs, and reliability/inspection performance metrics.
•Partner with production, maintenance, and storeroom teams to prioritize defects and ensure timely corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,400 - 112,533.33 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
•Proven experience in reliability engineering and asset management, including preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
•Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP preferred) and using maintenance/reliability data to drive decisions.
•Ability to lead reliability initiatives such as RCA, FMEA, and bad actor programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
•Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to influence cross-functional teams.
