Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct independent review and analysis of loan transactions, ensuring loan files include all required documentation from application through funding and closing.
  • •Manage due diligence and closing tasks by determining necessary due diligence items and legal documents to support accurate, compliant closings.
  • •Handle complex lending transactions, including those involving outside legal documentation, syndications/participations, and specialized lending.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (high school diploma/equivalent also listed).
  • •3-5 years of commercial loan administration and financial services experience, including loan documentation preparation, loan closing, and funding.
  • •Strong understanding of borrowing entity documents and ability to assess whether legal documents cover required terms for approved credit products.
  • •Knowledge of Real Estate, Construction, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Entertainment, Specialty Lending, Asset Based Lending, and Syndicated Lending loans.
