Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key team member in the Process Re-engineering team, driving solution architecture and delivery across partner FA teams.
  • •Establish yourself as a transformation and automation SME to make Financial Accounting “Future Ready”.
  • •Independently develop and deliver work packets for project/program management teams and delivery partners, including CDO, IT/ITID, and subject matter experts.
  • •Perform business analysis with end-to-end process mapping using tools such as Casewise, Visio, and ARIS, and identify opportunities for standardization and simplification.
  • •Conduct feasibility studies and POCs, document project artifacts per the Change Framework, and contribute to project governance and training activities.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in process re-engineering, automation, or data science.
  • •Advanced project management knowledge, mapped to the Change Framework, with project management and/or Agile certification.
  • •Advanced end-to-end working knowledge of two or more automation, workflow, and visualization tools.
  • •Ability to manage the testing lifecycle, including defect management, test case generation, test planning, and supporting documentation per Change Framework standards.
  • •Ability to act as a business analyst to gather requirements and run feasibility studies across business problems.
