Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and compile due diligence to draw conclusions on material risks, project performance, and assess ability to repay for tax equity transactions.
  • •Review financial models independently and propose structuring options in tandem with the deal team.
  • •Write and prepare credit approval documentation independently, identify needs for supplemental analysis, and review work of less experienced team members.
  • •Oversee closing process requirements, including reviewing closing memos and documentation processes.
  • •Lead portfolio reviews by reviewing annual reviews and modifications, facilitating quarterly portfolio reviews, preparing reports, and ensuring portfolio data accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 219,000 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in tax equity credit underwriting, portfolio management, or asset management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
  • •7+ years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, or asset management (preferred).
  • •1+ year of leadership experience with deal teams or analysts (preferred).
