Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and presented to the highest standard (e.g., beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing amenities).
  • •Keep hotel public and common areas clean, hygienic, and welcoming (e.g., lobbies, corridors, lifts, public bathrooms, shared spaces).
  • •Complete cleaning tasks efficiently within allocated timeframes and meet daily cleaning targets.
  • •Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards, using cleaning equipment and products safely.
  • •Work collaboratively with team members and build positive, professional relationships with guests, team members, and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • •Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is highly regarded (not essential).
  • •Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
  • •Good physical fitness and stamina to bend, lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • •Availability to work rotating roster shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
