Job Summary

Lead and supervise the Quality team in a food manufacturing and warehouse environment. Run laboratory analyses and quality investigations, maintain product and raw material specifications, and ensure compliance with Quality SOPs, GLPs, and food safety systems including HACCP, SQF, and other GFSI standards. Use SAP to track and analyze quality metrics, support corrective actions, perform internal audits, and provide technical quality support to operations and inspections.

•Conduct departmental and job-specific training to ensure compliance with quality standards.
•Perform laboratory analyses, investigations, and testing to support product quality and continuous improvement.
•Use SAP to track, trend, and analyze quality data and performance metrics.
•Maintain specifications and enforce Quality SOPs/GLPs and food safety systems (HACCP, SQF, sanitation, environmental monitoring), supporting investigations, audits, and corrective actions.

•Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
