Direct and coordinate plant operations and maintenance in line with company policies, ensuring a clean, safe work environment and leading safety efforts. Drive plant production goals, manage shift production schedules, and oversee product quality. Coordinate with department heads across safety, purchasing, production, quality, HR, accounting, and shipping. Select, train, and review supervisory and operations staff, run plant meetings, and maintain regulatory compliance while working with customers and suppliers.
