Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and ensure strong stockroom standards.
  • •Use metrics and cross-functional coordination (reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities) to support business-driving strategies.
