Key Responsibilities

  • •Attain plant quality goals and maintain a culture of continuous improvement using Eaton’s EQMS to support operational excellence.
  • •Plan, execute, and monitor quality processes to assure attainment of goals and quality performance via metrics and quality assessments.
  • •Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to quality team members while fostering safety, quality, compliance, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead quality planning and process verification, including inspection, testing, validation, and NDT activities across product and operational lifecycles.
  • •Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, FAA, AS9100, safety, and internal standards using processes, controls, audits, and risk management; drive corrective/preventive actions through collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of operations/engineering/quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, or an associate degree and 7 years in the same areas.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 environment with proven ability to manage quality systems and regulatory standards.
  • •Experience working with and managing quality systems and regulatory requirements within a manufacturing organization.
  • •Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) auditing (2+ years) and reading/interpreting technical documents such as prints (GD&T), drawings, and engineering orders (3+ years).
  • •Ability to support compliance with customer, regulatory, FAA, AS9100, safety, and internal standards through processes, controls, audits, and risk management practices.
