Job Summary

Own the Sales Operations Support (SOS) service model for Global Atlantic Individual Markets, ensuring service requests and escalations are resolved accurately and within documented guidelines. Lead and scale the SOS organization across Annuity and Preneed lines of business, building trusted relationships with sales teams and distribution partners. Use escalation and service data to drive cross-functional process improvements, expand self-service, and deliver measurable efficiencies, SLA attainment, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the SOS model end-to-end, serving as accountable escalation owner for service requests, escalations, and accommodation requests across partners.
•Provide leadership and direction for the SOS organization, leading through managers, team leads, and analysts to resolve service requests across Annuity and Preneed.
•Build trusted relationships with sales teams, sales leaders, and firm partners, representing the voice of Operations in distribution-facing discussions.
•Partner with functional business leaders to identify root causes behind escalation trends and drive cross-functional process improvements.
•Drive service model efficiencies and self-service adoption using data/analytics, manage performance, and prepare executive-level presentations on key indicators and risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, and/or equivalent experience.
•8+ years of related experience in Annuity or financial services operations, including progressive leadership responsibility.
•Experience leading teams and/or leaders, with progressive responsibility in an operations function.
•Proven ability to influence and drive outcomes cross-functionally with business leaders outside your direct organization.
•Ability to drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and adoption of self-service or automation capabilities.
