Job Summary

Help keep guests safe and supported before, during, and after shows by greeting attendees, scanning tickets, answering questions, and directing guests to seats, exits, and other areas of the venue. Maintain cleanliness and a presentable environment, resolve guest issues, verify ticket/pass authenticity, and assist guests with special needs or accommodations. Support end-of-show venue close-out and sustainability efforts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, answer questions, and help guests locate seats and entry for various seat levels.
•Assist in keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems during events.
•Verify authenticity by examining tickets or passes.
•Provide assistance in emergencies, help guests with special needs, and support end-of-show and sustainability tasks as requested by management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.29 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 18 years old.
•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
