  • •Lead and develop a globally distributed Talent Acquisition team to scale from 150 to 600+ employees across functions.
  • •Drive a data-driven recruiting culture with high standards, balancing speed and quality as the company grows.
  • •Advise founders, executives, and hiring managers on hiring strategy and tradeoffs with market knowledge and data.
  • •Leverage AI to synthesize pipeline data and market intelligence into leadership briefings to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • •Partner with Marketing and People Ops to build a compelling employer brand and candidate experiences across channels.
