Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship platform features and design scalable architectures for early customers.
  • •Deploy and manage cloud deployments by refining CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Investigate and resolve customer issues and system incidents, writing incident reports and documenting lessons learned.
  • •Redesign system components to prevent future incidents, improve reliability, and increase extensibility.

Key Requirements

  • •1-5 years of experience shipping full stack solutions in a high-velocity team.
  • •1+ years of experience deploying LLMs (ideally voice AI) to production for thousands of users.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, Next.js, Docker, MongoDB, AWS (ECS Fargate), OpenAI embeddings, LiveKit, and Twilio.
  • •A degree or significant coursework in a quantitative subject (CS, math, statistics, physics, or engineering).
  • •Demonstrated initiative through real-user projects, hackathon wins/awards, or open-source contributions.
