Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers while gaining exposure to energy engineering and technical sales.
  • •Complete utility analysis and rate structure analysis, including calculating and identifying energy conservation measures (ECMs).
  • •Learn the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
  • •Attend sales meetings and accompany mentors and account managers on sales, service, and customer meetings.
  • •Follow and participate in the end-to-end steps sales engineers take throughout the internship.

Key Requirements

  • •Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree throughout the entire 12-week summer internship, having completed at least sophomore/2nd year before it starts.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Have a passion for continuous learning in technical fields and communicating engineering solutions.
  • •Preference for studies in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • •Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and be able to provide proof of insurance with no major/frequent traffic violations, including specified serious offenses within the last 3 years.
