Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electro-mechanical cross-functional product development and operations transformation initiatives, including facilities and manufacturing investments.
  • •Own P&L for assigned NPI, VAVE, and STP programs and deliver scope across technical, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  • •Plan and execute projects to defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets; maintain integrated schedules, key milestones, and critical path.
  • •Lead manufacturing transformation and relocations, including move sequencing, shutdown planning, restart activities, and cross-site coordination.
  • •Monitor program health (Green/Yellow/Red), proactively manage risks, and deliver clear, data-driven project status reports while ensuring EHS/safety/quality/regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in Program Management, or progressive accountability/responsibility in program management within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading cross-functional program and project work in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, and/or manufacturing engineering.
  • •Demonstrated proficiency in program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices focused on execution and governance.
  • •Experience leading large-scale facility transformation and capital expenditure (CapEx) initiatives from concept through completion.
